See how to turn numbers (e.g., your participants' scores) into a frequency distribution in four steps

Clicking the "Step 1", "Step 2", "Step 3", and "Step 4" buttons in order will let you draw a graph of a frequency distribution.

If you want to enter your own numbers, you may--as long as your numbers are all below 10.
Type your numbers (which will probably be your participants' scores) in the box to the right, separating each number from the others with commas. Then, click the "Step 1" button:

(If you don't type in any numbers or if you don't press the Step 1 button, the computer will plot the numbers from the book's frequency graph example.)

The Step 1 button will not change anything on your screen, but will give the program your data, if you entered any.
The Step 2 button will draw the y-axis.
The Step 3 button will draw the x-axis.
The Step 4 button will plot your data.
