Memory Tips
You can improve your memory. Indeed, some world memory champions had average memories before they worked on improving their memories.
- Most students could greatly improve their memory for course material almost instantly just by doing three things:
- avoiding distractions by sitting in front during class and by silencing their cell phones while studying

- having regular, short study sessions in which they quizzed themselves over material rather than trying to cram material in by reading and rereading it right before the exam, and
- getting more sleep.
